MORTGAGE
LOAN ORIGINATOR FOR GREATER SPARTANBURG AREA
Upstate, SC -- September 22, 2006 -- CommunitySouth Bank & Trust (OTCBB: CBSO) today announced Greg Bailey has joined the Bank as Mortgage Loan Originator.
Based in the Bank’s Spartanburg office, Bailey is responsible for residential and construction lending in the greater Spartanburg area. Bailey has more than 16 years of mortgage lending experience, most recently as Sales Manager for First Horizon Home Loans.
Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University and is active in the Spartanburg Lions Club and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
