Upstate, SC – Feb. 17, 2010 – Mike Dixon of Spartanburg is the newest winner in CommunitySouth Bank & Trust’s “Tag Ur It” contest – the promotion that awards one monthly winner from the license “tag” numbers of autos spotted with CommunitySouth car magnets.
Dixon’s license plate number was randomly drawn from hundreds of entries the Bank received during the month of December. He was awarded $600 as December’s winner after no one claimed the prize money from the previous two months.
“We’re thrilled our branch was able to award such a huge prize, and our second winner in the contest,” said Tammy Painter, CommunitySouth’s Spartanburg branch manager. Margaret Baker of Spartanburg won the contest in April 2009.
Every month, license plate numbers of cars spotted with ‘I bank at CommunitySouth’ magnets are entered in a $200 drawing. The winning tag number is announced in all six CommunitySouth branches, in the Bank’s monthly eNewsletter, and on the Bank’s website at www.csbat.com. If no one claims the winning tag number by the end of the month, the prize money rolls over to the next month.
