Day and night, spotters will be out looking for CommunitySouth car magnets. If your vehicle is spotted with a CommunitySouth car magnet, you may win $200 or more. But you’ll have to check the CommunitySouth website or any CommunitySouth in-branch display each month to see if your license plate number is the winner.
How to Play
From January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010, CommunitySouth Bank & Trust will be running its “Tag Ur It” Car Tag Promotion. Come into any branch now until December 31, 2010 to get your free car magnet. The sooner you put on your magnet, the more chances you have to win! During the first week of each month, CommunitySouth Bank & Trust will pick one vehicle at random bearing a CommunitySouth Bank & Trust car magnet. The monthly winning license plate number will be posted in all branch offices of CommunitySouth Bank & Trust and on the CommunitySouth Bank & Trust website at www.communitysouthbankandtrust.com or www.csbat.com for one (1) month beginning that day. The winning license plate number will also be included in CommunitySouth Bank & Trust’s free monthly eNewsletter. The winner must claim his or her prize by 3:00 p.m. on the last business day of the month by bringing his or her driver’s license and the registration for the vehicle with the winning license plate to any CommunitySouth Bank & Trust branch.
If you are a winner and are not able to come into any of the branch offices to claim your prize, you must call 864-306-2540 to make arrangements within your allotted time.
Prizes
The minimum monthly prize is $200. Unclaimed prizes will be carried over and added to the following month’s prize increasing by $200 each month, if unclaimed, until the end of the promotion on December 31, 2010.

Who Is Eligible?
No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. You do not have to be a customer of CommunitySouth Bank & Trust to win. There is no purchase required to win. You must be a legal U.S. resident, at least 18 years of age and a licensed driver with proof of ownership (i.e., registration) of the vehicle with the winning license plate number. Employees of CommunitySouth Bank & Trust are not eligible to win the $200 monthly prize.
Winner Eligibility
The same registered vehicle owner can only win a monthly prize, one (1) time within any consecutive three-month period, even if for different vehicles. Each monthly winner must be a licensed driver and must bring in proof of ownership for the vehicle with the winning license plate number when collecting the monthly prize. In the event of parental, guardian, or business ownership of the vehicle, that vehicle owner must be present. Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. All winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and must supply social security or tax ID number when picking up their prize.
Consent to Publicity and Release
By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her likeness and voice for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless CommunitySouth Bank & Trust, employees, agents, associated marketing firms and affiliated entities from any claims arising directly or indirectly from the promotion or any publicity regarding the promotion and from any receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Official Rules are also available at www.communitysouthbankandtrust.com or www.csbat.com. This promotion will begin January 1, 2010 and continue until December 31, 2010.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: United States law governs this promotion. Void where prohibited. CommunitySouth Bank & Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond CommunitySouth Bank & Trust’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this promotion, as determined by CommunitySouth Bank & Trust in its sole discretion. In such event, CommunitySouth Bank & Trust reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among any eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or in any other method selected by CommunitySouth Bank & Trust in its sole discretion. CommunitySouth Bank & Trust reserves the right in its sole discretion to (1) change the dates of the entrance period of this promotion, with or without notice, in the event of inclement weather, technical failure, or for any other reason and (2) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of this promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Persons suspected of tampering with this promotion or entering this promotion via an ineligible method will be disqualified. If disqualified, CommunitySouth Bank & Trust reserves the right to suspend and terminate such person’s eligibility to participate during the remainder of the entrance period for any of the above abuses. CommunitySouth Bank & Trust’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All prizes are non-transferable except in accordance with the laws of descent and distribution and may not be substituted, bartered, transferred or otherwise assigned, except by CommunitySouth Bank & Trust in its sole discretion.
DISPUTES: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or the prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of record in the State of South Carolina in Pickens County or the United States District Court, Fourth Circuit; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and CommunitySouth Bank & Trust in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of South Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of South Carolina. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: CommunitySouth Bank & Trust is not responsible for: (1) incorrect, inaccurate, late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete or misdirected car magnets, clings or other entries, or any car magnets, clings or other entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this promotion; (4) electronic or human error (including any CommunitySouth Bank & Trust telephone operator error) which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in this promotion or from downloading any material from the CommunitySouth Bank & Trust web site, regardless of whether the material was prepared by CommunitySouth Bank & Trust or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to the CommunitySouth Bank & Trust web site by a link.
