STEP 1: Visit your nearest CertusBank branch location and open your CertusBank account.

STEP 2: Switch your direct deposit using the Direct Deposit Change Request form.

STEP 3: Change automatic payments and deposits using the Automatic Payment / Deposit Change Request form.

STEP 4: Set up free online bill pay. Use our Online Bill Pay Checklist or bring in your latest invoices and we’ll add them to the system for you.

STEP 5: Close your old account using the Close Account Request form.
